Adrian Hawkins was born and raised in the urban city of Newark, NJ. He attended all Newark Schools inclusive of Newark Boys Chorus and Arts High School (Music Major) before attending Kean University in Union NJ. While attending Kean University Adrian managed to attain 3 internships. These internships were all conducted as a Computer Science Major ultimately beginning his career as a Programmer Analyst. After a multitude of promotions enabling appropriate experience, mentors and sponsors he transitioned on to the next phase of his career.

 

Today, Adrian Hawkins is a highly decorated successful Sales Professional of over 15 years. Adrian has attained over 10 national sales awards along with a sales club status for 10 years of sales excellence. 2 CEO awards have been attained as well for his work with Diversity & Inclusion. Additional accolades include: "People On The Move" mention in DiversityInc Magazine, Pharmaceutical Representative Magazine article on being successful and many other news articles during his career. Adrian is currently President for multiple organizations (National Sales Network NJ/NY Chapter and Summit Lions Club) engaging in continuous community activity for urban and underserved areas. He is founder of a Corporate Teen Mentoring Program serving over 1000 kids through its inception providing college and career guidance.  Adrian has also served on several boards (YMCA, SAGE, MS Society, etc). He will also be recognized as "Alumni of the Year" in April 2014 by Newark Boys Chorus School for his positive spirit.

In conclusion, Adrian has gained vast insight throughout his personal life and corporate career and has an amazing ability to give back highly enjoying the responsibility to do so. As a Mentor, Coach, Leader, and or Motivational Speaker, Adrian shares his learning unselfishly to further the lives of others who would like to achieve that next milestone.
